Acceptance

Unless Wah Tung is notified to the contrary by telephone, facsimile transmission or email within seven (7) days of delivery and such notification is confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of the notification, products shall be deemed to have been accepted by Customer as being in good condition.

Our Guarantee

At Wah Tung, if any of our products arrive damaged we shall replace it. If you need to return anything to us please email to enquiry@wahtungchina.com or call us on (852)-28732272. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for all the delivery costs including the costs of returning the goods to us (unless the item was delivered to you in error). The returned item must be in good condition as determined by Wah Tung.

Conditions of website/catalogue use

While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the color, design and style of the listed products in the photographs displayed on the Wah Tung website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technological and other reasons. Accordingly, Wah Tung China Arts Limited shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of the listed products displayed on the Wah Tung website. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Wah Tung shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address as specified by the Customer at the time of purchase within the time frame as agreed upon with the Customer, but Wah Tung shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Wah Tung. For delivery within Hong Kong, no delivery services shall be available on Sundays and public holidays, or when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or when the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.

Governing Law

Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website of any products will be governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR) of the People’s Republic of China, and will be deemed to have occurred in the Hong Kong SAR.

If the performance by Wah Tung of its obligations is prevented by reason of “force majeure” (which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the government or any government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of Wah Tung, Wah Tung shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.
